ARC Review: So I Married a Werewolf by Kristin Miller

Will a relationship ruin their friendship…or spark a love neither anticipated? My Thoughts I had mixed feelings about So I Married a Werewolf by Kristin Miller. In regards to friends and family, Faith is as loyal as they come. She provides financial support for Dawson, her brother, and agrees to help Carter secure a promotion at work. In fact, she was so helpful, that I had to cringe as she agreed to give up some of the things she wanted for her friend’s welfare. Carter was the sexy yet dangerous and definitely goal driven. He wasn't the nicest guy in the pack, but the conflicts that developed as a result of his behavior did result in an attention-grabbing story. At first Carter appeared to be a stand-up kind of guy, but later I struggled to find characteristics that I liked about him. Faith just seemed too desperate and too giving. As Carter was intent on having a strictly business relationship with faith, I liked how Faith experienced an eye-opening moment and took control of the situation. At which point she evolved into a stronger character. Actually, she became fierce and I just knew there were some changes coming on the horizon. As such, I'm glad that I continued reading So I Married a Werewolf. It wasn't a bad story and would have been better without Humperdinck, the Yorkie.  His name definitely reflects his behavior, which became annoying and detracted from the story. Other than Humperdinck’s irritating behavior, the story was entertaining. Rating 3.5/5 I received an E-ARC of So I Married a Werewolf from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
